Event Policies

Westhaven pool & courts remain open to members during operating hours

Reserved areas are limited to event guests only

No outside alcohol or beverages permitted

Music must remain at reasonable levels

Outdoor music must conclude by 10:00 PM

Security may be required for larger events

Westhaven reserves approval rights for all large gatherings

Larger gatherings and events may require a refundable Security & Compliance Deposit. Deposit may be partially or fully forfeited for damages to facility, excessive cleanup, outside alcohol/beverages or violating policies.
